By creating an account or using the Cosius AI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Cosius AI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Cosius AI provides an AI agent platform that connects to your business tools and automates tasks on your behalf. The service includes the web application, API endpoints, and associated infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency or legal obligation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@thinkworkflows.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others — each user should have their own account. Workspace members must be individually invited.
You may not use Cosius AI for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages at scale, to attempt to access other customers' data, to reverse engineer the platform, or to violate the terms of any third-party service connected through Cosius AI. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these requirements.
You retain ownership of all data you store in your workspace. By using Cosius AI, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cosius AI uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate agent responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses. Actions taken by agents on your behalf — including sending emails, creating records, or updating systems — are taken under your direction and at your discretion.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and no refund is issued for the remaining period. Usage-based overages (if applicable) are billed at the end of the period in which they occurred. Prices are listed in USD excluding applicable taxes.
Cosius AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
