Cosius AI gives your business AI agents that work while you sleep. Here's how to set everything up.
Each workspace is an isolated environment with its own agents, integrations, and data. When you create a workspace, Cosius automatically provisions an AI chief-of-staff agent. This agent coordinates all work, routes requests to specialist agents, and maintains context across sessions.
A session is a single conversation thread between you and your agents. Sessions are powered by Anthropic Managed Agents — long-running, stateful processes that can call tools, read from your integrations, and hand work off between specialists. Sessions persist so you can return and continue where you left off.
Connect your existing tools from the Integrations page. Cosius uses Composio to give your agents direct access to Gmail, Notion, Slack, Linear, HubSpot, and dozens more. Once connected, your agent can read and write data without you copying anything manually.
Skills are reusable playbooks — step-by-step instructions your agent follows on demand. Write a skill once ("Triage my inbox → archive newsletters → label client emails → draft a reply to anything urgent") and invoke it by keyword any time. Agents can also trigger skills automatically based on context.
Workflows automate recurring work. Choose a trigger — a cron schedule, an incoming webhook, or a manual run — then specify what the agent should do. Workflows create sessions on your behalf, record every run, and notify you on completion or failure.
Each workspace gets a unique webhook URL. Any external service can POST to it to trigger matching workflows. Your webhook token acts as the secret — rotate it from the workflow settings page if needed. The raw payload is injected into the task prompt so the agent can act on real event data.
The marketplace provides pre-built agent templates for common business roles — Sales Rep, Support Triage, Research Analyst, Finance Controller, and more. Install a template to instantly provision a specialist agent wired with the right system prompt and tool access. Pro plan or higher required.
Invite teammates from Settings → Your team. Each workspace is billed separately — the workspace owner manages the subscription. Roles: Owner (full access), Admin (manage settings and agents), Member (start sessions and run workflows), Viewer (read-only). Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
